Bodice is an 18th century term for a Woman’s Vest. These were worn over the chemise and were recognized as part of a proper dressed woman. They were fitted to the body and are sleeveless. Our Bodice is printed fabric on the outside and are lined with coordinating solid color fabric. They are reversible. They are closed in the front by lacing a ribbon.

The French Bodice is waist length.
The English Bodice is longer and falls over the hips.
Our Bodices come in small, medium, large, x-large, 2x-large, 3x-large, 4x-large.
